After working with hundreds of event coordinators across Taiwan, we noticed the same challenge everywhere. People knew how to organize logistics, but struggled with creating the emotional moments that make celebrations truly memorable.
Most training focuses on technical skills – sound systems, vendor coordination, timeline management. But the real magic happens in those carefully crafted moments when everyone stops talking and pays attention. When the birthday speech brings tears to everyone's eyes, or when the retirement ceremony perfectly captures someone's career journey.
That's what this program teaches you to create consistently.
What You'll Actually Learn
Each month builds on the previous one, but we spend most of our time on practical application. You'll work on real projects from month two onwards.
Months 1-2: Foundation Work
Understanding celebration psychology, cultural context in Taiwan, and basic script structure. You'll analyze successful celebrations and identify what made them work emotionally.
Months 3-4: Corporate Celebrations
Company anniversaries, retirement parties, promotion announcements. These have specific requirements and you'll learn to balance professionalism with genuine emotion.
Months 5-6: Personal Milestones
Weddings, birthdays, graduations, memorial services. Each requires different emotional tones and cultural considerations. Lots of practice with real families.
Months 7-8: Advanced Projects
Complex multi-day celebrations, crisis management when things go wrong, and developing your signature style. You'll present a final project to industry professionals.

Program Details & Next Steps
We review applications on a rolling basis and usually fill about half the spots by June. The application includes a brief phone conversation and a short writing sample – nothing intimidating, just a way for us to understand your background and goals.
Payment plans are available, and we occasionally offer partial scholarships for candidates with particularly interesting backgrounds or financial need.
